Senior Service Technician — Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Service Technician to handle advanced diagnostics, complex repairs, and quality control for electric vehicles (EVs), while providing technical guidance to junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

1. Advanced Diagnostics & Repair: Perform complex troubleshooting and repairs on EV systems, high-voltage powertrains, motors, and mechanical assemblies.
2. Team Leadership: Mentor and assist junior technicians with technical challenges to ensure high workshop standards.
3. Quality & Safety: Enforce company safety protocols, high-voltage handling guidelines, and timely job completion.
4. Service Operations: Collaborate with Service Advisors to streamline repairs,



update job cards accurately, and maintain diagnostic equipment.

Requirements

1. Experience: 3–5+ years in automotive servicing, with strong hands-on experience in electric vehicles.
2. Technical Skills: Mastery of contemporary EV diagnostic tools, electrical systems, and mechanical troubleshooting.
3. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, team leadership, transparent communication, and time management.
