About the Role:

Position Title: Analyst,Testing & Issues Management Control

Job Profile:

Purpose of Role:

The Analyst Testing & Issues Management Control reports to the Director Testing & Issues Management Control and supports the Director in driving program development, planning, coordination, and reporting efforts globally, which includes Planning/Program Development, Global Coordination/Communication, Report/Document Production, Tool Maintenance and overall departmental operations.

Main Responsibilities:

- Tool Maintenance: Assist in user access requests and periodic access recertification for related department applications (e.g. SharePoint, databases)
- Planning/Program Development: Assist in the production and delivery of status reporting on the activities of the Global Financial Crimes Testing and Issues Management programs
- Global Coordination/Communication: Assist in the tracking of meeting actions, takeaways and distribution lists. Assist the programs with adherence to records management requirements.

Candidate Profile:

Skills and knowledge:

- Demonstrated proficiency in the following applications: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel (pivot tables, macros), SharePoint
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of the financial crimes compliance area is preferred

Education & skilled qualifications:

- Bachelors Degree or above

Experience:

- A minimum of 3 years of business experience
- Experience working with diverse and remote teams
