Position Overview Role DescriptionThe Sustainability & Stewardship Office is part of the Platform Sustainability team within the Investment Division. It is responsible for DWS’s stewardship activities and for coordinating sustainability-related initiatives, including disclosures and related communications.The Stewardship Standards & Processes Team sits within the Sustainability & Stewardship Office and is accountable for DWS’s engagement and proxy voting processes, the development and maintenance of stewardship standards, the enhancement of environmental and social (E&S;) standards, and the leadership of E&S; engagement activities.Within the Stewardship Standards & Processes Team, we are seeking a agile professional to support the development and operationalization of DWS’s stewardship program.
