Position Overview Functional Role Title: Investment Sustainability Manager StewardshipFocus of Activity: Stewardship Research and AutomationThe Sustainability & Stewardship Office is part of the Platform Sustainability team within the Investment Division. It is responsible for DWS’s stewardship activities and for coordinating sustainability-related initiatives, including disclosures and related communications.The Stewardship Standards & Processes Team sits within the Sustainability & Stewardship Office and is accountable for DWS’s engagement and proxy voting processes, the development and maintenance of stewardship standards, the enhancement of environmental and social (E&S;) standards, and the leadership of E&S; engagement activities.Within the Stewardship Standards & Processes Team, we are seeking a data-driven, quantitative professional with relevant experience in fundamental company including sustainability factors, cash-flow assessment and DCF-based valuation. The ideal candidate understands how environmental, social, and governance factors impact long-term corporate valuation, while possessing the Python programming skills to build the tools that measure these effects. You will be responsible for building automated pipelines, quantitative models, and screening tools that help our stewardship team identify risk exposures, assess real-world corporate impacts, and prioritize companies for targeted engagement.
