The ideal candidate will bring strong stakeholder management, market mapping, and candidate assessment capabilities, combined with the ability to effectively manage complex searches and deliver high-quality talent solutions. Success in this role requires partnering closely with business leaders and P&C; teams to drive leadership hiring through talent advisory, market intelligence, talent insights, and proactive pipeline development that supports business growth and future capability needs.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner closely with business leaders, hiring managers, and P&C; teams to understand workforce needs and provide market-informed talent advisory supportDrive end-to-end recruiting delivery across aligned functions while balancing quality, speed, and candidate experienceInfluence and guide hiring managers on talent strategy, market intelligence, organizational capability, and effective hiring decisionsCoach interviewers and managers on structured interviewing and assessment practices focused on selecting high-quality talentBuild and execute proactive sourcing strategies across channels, networks, referrals, and market mapping initiativesLeverage talent insights, hiring trends,



and recruiting metrics to improve decision-making and hiring outcomesAct as a trusted point of contact for candidates and stakeholders through the recruiting lifecycleContinuously identify opportunities to simplify, modernize, and strengthen recruiting processes and ways of workingDrive strong governance and operational rigor across applicant tracking systems, compliance, and recruiting workflowsPartner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and transition from offer to joiner experienceRepresent and promote Morningstar's employer brand through networking, campus engagement, industry connects, and branding initiativesSupport strategic hiring initiatives including diversity hiring, programmatic hiring, and future talent pipeline developmentRole requirements:5 - 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition across senior level hiringStrong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior business leaders with confidence and credibilityDemonstrated ability to operate as both a recruiting delivery lead and strategic talent partnerStrong understanding of talent markets, sourcing strategy, hiring trends, and workforce planning conceptsExcellent communication, consulting, negotiation, and relationship management skillsAbility to manage complexity, prioritize effectively, and operate in a fast-paced environmentHigh attention to detail and strong operational disciplineExperience working with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologiesPassion for talent acquisition, candidate experience, and building high-performing teamsMorningstar is an equal opportunity employer.Morningstar's hybrid work environment gives you the opportunity to collaborate in-person each week as we've found that we're at our best when we're purposely together on a regular basis.
