Employee Relations management and advisory including consultation and ER process managementLocal oversight of HR risk,



governance and workforce planningResponsible for Training Need Analysis and supporting the learning requirements of India employees in aligned with Global Learning team.Your skills and experienceMin 4-6+ years relevant HR Business Partner/Advisory experienceRelevant degree equivalent qualificationsPreferred asset management or banking & finance industry background, with demonstrable business acumen and commercial understandingProven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across locations representing a solution-oriented way of working, collaboration and ability to constructively challenge the status quoComfortable with presenting to management groups, with the ability to produce concise presentations, including necessary research and inquiry capabilitiesAbility to partner and manage relationships with new and existing HR vendors and structure contractual agreements accordinglySound understanding of appropriate employment legislation and how to manage employee relations matters in accordance with policy & law, with counselling and conflict resolution skillsStrong MS Excel skills and comfortable with analysing and interpreting People Analytics / HR data.A strong team player with commitment and determination and the ability to lead and inspire team members and other stakeholdersHow we’ll support youTraining and development to help you excel in your careerCoaching and support from experts in your teamA culture of continuous learning to aid progressionA range of flexible benefits that you can tailor to suit your needsAbout us and our teamsPlease visit our company website for further information:https://www.db.com/company/company.html We strive for a culture in which we are empowered to excel together every day.
