Skills and Competencies8+ years of software engineering experience delivering scalable backend platforms and enterprise-grade applicationsStrong expertise in Java and C#/.NET, API development, microservices, distributed systems, and modern software design practicesExperience working with relational databases, columnar storage technologies, NoSQL platforms, and cloud-native architecturesHands-on knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, scalability, performance optimization, and reliability engineeringProven ability to lead technical initiatives, mentor engineers, and influence architectural decisionsStrong problem-solving, communication,
