• Valid NMC / Haryana Medical Council Registration
Experience
• Experienced candidates preferred
• Candidates with hospital-based pathology experience will be given preference
Key Responsibilities
• Independently report Histopathology, Cytology, Hematology, and routine laboratory cases as per expertise
• Review and validate pathology and laboratory reports
• Correlate pathological findings with clinical information
• Supervise laboratory processes and ensure diagnostic accuracy
• Monitor quality control and quality assurance activities
• Guide laboratory technicians and ensure adherence to SOPs
• Coordinate with clinicians and other specialists for appropriate patient management
• Maintain accurate pathology records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols,
infection control, and applicable quality standards
Skills Required
• Strong diagnostic and reporting skills in Pathology
• Good knowledge of Histopathology, Cytology, and Hematology
• Excellent attention to detail and clinical correlation skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Professional, ethical, and patient-centric approach
