Position: Asst. Manager- Production

Location: Kutch Cement Plant

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Chemical, Diploma Cement Technology,

Experience: 5–10 years in cement manufacturing process operations

Job Purpose

To monitor, optimize, and improve plant process performance, ensuring stable operations, quality production, energy efficiency, and compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and analyze process parameters across Raw Mill, Kiln, Cement Mill, and utilities.

- Optimize process performance to achieve production and quality targets.

- Identify process bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.

- Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and quality teams.

- Monitor specific heat consumption, power consumption, and process efficiency.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly process performance reports.

- Support commissioning, trials, and process improvement projects.

- Ensure compliance with safety, setting, and quality standards.

- Conduct root cause analysis for process deviations and plant stoppages.

- Train operators on process control and operational best practices.
