About the Role
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented DI Colorist to join our AI-driven content production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing the visual storytelling of films, advertisements, digital content, and AI-generated media through advanced color grading and finishing techniques. You will collaborate closely with directors, VFX artists, AI imaging specialists, editors, and creative teams to achieve a consistent and impactful visual aesthetic.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform color correction, color grading, and final image finishing for video content.
- Develop and maintain visual looks that align with creative and brand requirements.
- Work with AI-generated footage, virtual production assets, and synthetic media to ensure visual consistency.
- Balance color, contrast, exposure, and tone across multiple shots and sequences.
- Collaborate with editors, VFX artists,



and creative stakeholders throughout the post-production process.
- Ensure technical quality standards for various delivery formats, including OTT, social media, digital campaigns, and cinematic releases.
- Troubleshoot color pipeline issues and maintain color management workflows.
- Stay updated with emerging AI-powered color grading and image enhancement technologies.
- Manage project timelines and deliver high-quality outputs within deadlines.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Film, Media, Animation, or related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in DI color grading and post-production.
- Strong proficiency in DaVinci Resolve and industry-standard color grading workflows.
- Deep understanding of color science, LUTs, HDR, ACES, and color management pipelines.
- Experience working with RAW camera formats and various codecs.
- Robust artistic eye for color, composition, mood, and visual storytelling.
