We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager with proven experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership abilities, strong market knowledge, and a passion for driving business growth.
The role involves leading the sales team, developing channel partnerships, generating revenue, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Lead, mentor, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
- Recruit, train, and coach sales executives to improve productivity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and real estate consultants.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives.




- Conduct property presentations, customer meetings, site visits, and sales negotiations.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to booking closure.
- Monitor sales funnel, bookings, collections, conversions, and customer follow-ups.
- Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, and Project teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, sales forecasts, and market intelligence reports.
- Analyze competitor activities and market trends to identify recent growth opportunities.
- Ensure timely documentation, payment collections, and project sales closures.
- Drive revenue growth while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
