Role Description
This full-time, on-site Senior Sales Manager position is based in Coimbatore. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for leading sales initiatives, driving business growth, and developing strong client relationships. Key responsibilities include identifying and pursuing current business opportunities, managing sales pipelines, creating strategic sales plans,



and collaborating with teams to meet organizational sales goals. The role also involves mentoring and guiding junior team members, monitoring market trends, and facilitating in-person communications with clients to achieve targeted results.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
- Visit customers and understand their technical and application requirements.
- Promote and sell automation products, control systems, and related solutions.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the technical and internal teams.
- Follow up with customers for enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order confirmation.
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers and develop new accounts.
