We are on the lookout for Technical Program Managers who are passionate about
partnering with business, product, and engineering teams to achieve business
goals. As a Sr Technical Program Manager, you will play a significant role in
delivering company-wide initiatives that contribute to the dominance of
Multiplier in this space.
WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
* Lead and manage multiple high-impact projects and programs across various
products, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
* Collaborate closely with senior engineering, product, and design leaders to
develop comprehensive program milestones, track progress rigorously, and
provide transparent updates to all stakeholders.
* Oversee and manage complex program dependencies, proactively addressing
issues and mitigating risks.
* Align product and technical roadmaps with overarching company objectives,
driving strategic initiatives forward.
* Implement continuous improvements in product delivery and project
organization, ensuring high standards of efficiency and effectiveness.
* Champion project management and Agile best practices, fostering a culture of
excellence and innovati
