Role Overview

We are seeking a Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Techno‑Functional
Consultant with a balanced mix of functional expertise and technical capability.
The role involves driving end‑to‑end CRM solution delivery, including
requirement analysis, system configuration, customization, and integration.

Key Responsibilities





* Work with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into
functional and technical solutions.

* Configure CRM components such as entities, forms, views, dashboards, business
rules, and security roles.

* Develop and maintain plugins, custom workflows, JavaScript customizations,
and integrations.

* Design and implement Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate,
Dataverse).

* Participate in solution design, architecture discussions, and deployment
activities.

* Manage and support integrations using APIs, Azure services, and third‑party
platforms.

* Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring performance and
stability.

* Ensure adherence to platform best practices, governance, and security
standards.

Required Skills & Experience

* Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM.
