Role Overview
This role is ideal for a highly organized project manager who can coordinate multiple marketing campaigns, creative assets, stakeholders, and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
You will manage the operational delivery of low-to-mid complexity marketing campaigns from initial intake through final launch. Acting as the central point of contact, you will ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, efficiently, and on schedule while proactively resolving risks and production challenges.

Job Description




- Manage low-to-mid complexity marketing campaigns from initial intake through final launch
- Plan and track campaign milestones, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables
- Ensure campaigns launch on time and meet all quality and technical requirements
- Identify campaign blockers and production issues, escalating risks when required
- Prioritize multiple campaigns and manage competing deadlines
- Coordinate with internal and external partners to source campaign assets and key art
- Manage asset workflows across intake, design production, review, and final delivery
- Review and validate asset packages against creative, technical, and campaign specifications
- Coordinate the delivery of final creative assets for trafficking
- Maintain campaign trackers, project documentation, and regular status reports
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, design, production, and other cross-functional teams
