Pricing & Promotions Specialist
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and commercially driven Pricing & Promotions Specialist to manage pricing execution, deal configuration, promotional activities, and competitive intelligence across India marketplaces (Amazon , Myntra , Flipkart) and others.
The role will be responsible for monitoring Buy Box performance, identifying pricing anomalies, executing CBM-approved pricing changes, managing marketplace deals and promotions, tracking promotional ROI, and monitoring competitor pricing and assortment. The ideal candidate should have robust analytical skills, marketplace knowledge, and the ability to work with tight timelines and multiple stakeholders.

Pricing & Buy Box Management
· Monitor Buy Box performance daily for the top 200 India SKUs.
· Identify and analyse the root causes of Buy Box losses and coordinate corrective actions.
· Monitor pricing across marketplaces and identify accidental or abnormal out-of-band pricing.
· Immediately flag and correct pricing anomalies to minimise business impact.




· Monitor band breaches and hold any out-of-band pricing requests until written approval is received from the CBM.
· Execute all tactical price changes across India marketplaces within CBM-approved margin bands.
· Ensure all pricing changes are executed within the agreed turnaround time (TAT).
· Maintain accurate records of pricing changes, approvals, and related actions.
Deals & Promotions Management
· Configure and manage all marketplace deal types across India marketplaces, including Lightning Deals, Best Deals, Coupons, Bank Offers, Combo Deals, Discounts, and Rebates.
· Maintain and manage the complete deals calendar.
· Track deal submission windows, approval timelines, and go-live confirmations.
· Coordinate with relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution of deals.
· Ensure all approved deals are correctly configured and live as per the planned schedule.
