Role Description This is a full-time, in office Site Supervisor role based in Gurugram. The Site Supervisor will oversee daily site operations for interior projects, ensuring work is carried out according to design plans, quality standards, and safety guidelines. Responsibilities include coordinating with designers, contractors, and vendors, monitoring project progress, managing materials and resources, and resolving on-site issues. The role involves regular site inspections, documentation of work status,



adherence to timelines, and communication of updates to project stakeholders. The Site Supervisor will also support compliance with local regulations and company policies while maintaining a professional, safe, and efficient work environment.
Qualifications
Strong project supervision and site management skills, including coordination of contractors and monitoring of interior fit-out activities.
Ability to read and interpret design drawings, layout plans, and technical specifications relevant to commercial and residential interiors.
Knowledge of construction and interior materials, basic civil and carpentry work processes, and finishing standards.
Understanding of workplace safety practices, site compliance requirements, and quality control procedures.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with clients, designers, vendors, and on-site teams.
