Role Description The Inside Sales Executive role is a full time, in office position based in Bengaluru. The individual in this role will engage with prospective learners via calls, emails, and messaging platforms to explain Oliveboard’s courses, address queries, and guide them through the enrollment process. Day-to-day responsibilities include qualifying leads, following up on inquiries, maintaining accurate records in the CRM, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.



The role also involves collaborating with marketing and product teams to provide feedback from learners, improving the overall sales approach and customer experience. The Inside Sales Executive is expected to build strong, trust-based relationships with customers and represent Oliveboard’s offerings in a clear and compelling manner.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Sales skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, including qualifying prospects and managing a structured follow-up process.
