The Role:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Technology Resource to manage and optimise our digital infrastructure. You will be the backbone of our technology ecosystem, ensuring seamless operations across multiple platforms and supporting our rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain NAR India's website, ensuring optimal performance, security, and user experience
• Oversee mobile app operations, updates, bug fixes, and feature enhancements
• Coordinate with website and mobile app vendors – serve as the primary point of contact for vendor communications, issue escalations, feature requests,



and performance optimisation
• Administer Mailchimp campaigns, manage subscriber lists, and optimise email marketing performance
• Manage WhatsApp API integration for member communications and outreach
• Handle general IT support and troubleshooting for office systems and software
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify technology needs and implement solutions
• Document processes and maintain technical documentation
• Stay updated on industry trends and recommend technology improvements
• Support digital transformation initiatives across the organisation

Required Qualifications:
✓ Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
✓ Proven experience managing websites (WordPress, CMS platforms, or similar)
✓ Experience with mobile app management and administration
✓ Strong proficiency in Mailchimp or similar email mar
