Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This position is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing leads,



and expanding Green Earth’s client base in corporate and commercial segments. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and meeting potential clients, presenting customized plant rental and horticulture solutions, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, coordinating with operations and design teams to ensure high-quality service delivery, and tracking sales performance against targets. The Business Development Manager will contribute to market research, participate in events and client visits, and provide feedback to support product and service improvements.

Qualifications
Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in facilities management, corporate services, interior design, or related industries.
