Connect2Learn is looking for a proactive and passionate Tutor Success Executive to join our growing EdTech team in Kolkata ??

?‍? Key Responsibilities
• Manage teacher performance and day-to-day academic operations
• Coordinate with teachers regarding schedules, attendance, classes, and academic requirements
• Conduct class observations and quality audits
• Monitor teacher, student, and parent feedback
• Support teacher onboarding, training, engagement, and development
• Resolve teacher-related operational issues professionally and efficiently
• Maintain teacher performance records, reports, and dashboards
• Collaborate with Operations, Curriculum, Sales, and Student Support teams
• Ensure compliance with academic quality standards and internal processes
• Identify opportunities to improve teaching effectiveness and learner satisfaction

? Eligibility




Mandatory:
• Prior experience in online teaching
• Excellent verbal and written English communication
• Solid coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
• Experience in EdTech, Academic Operations, Teacher Management, or L&D;
• Experience conducting class audits or quality evaluations
• Experience handling or mentoring teaching teams
• Familiarity with online teaching platforms and virtual classrooms
