About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Consultant - Unified Collaboration Team (L3) with strong expertise in Microsoft 365 collaboration, identity management, security, and compliance technologies.



The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, administering, and supporting enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 environments, with primary focus on Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, Entra ID, Security, and Compliance solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong troubleshooting capabilities, automation skills using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph, and experience working in complex enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

Microsoft Teams Administration & Support
Manage and support customer Microsoft Teams setting, including Teams policies, governance, voice, meetings, collaboration, and lifecycle management.
Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for Teams-related incidents and service disruptions.
Implement Teams security, compliance, and governance frameworks.

Manage Microsoft Entra ID administration, authentication, authorizati
