To respond to customer calls to troubleshoot technical problems of equipment, on-site inspection and attend emergency repair, to achieve customers’ satisfaction in turnaround time and minimize downtime
To perform preventive maintenance as scheduled and highlight technical abnormalities to minimize equipment downtime
To clearly document the technical actions of problems resolved to maintain traceability
To manage spare parts inventory to ensure sufficient stocks on hand and smooth operations
Maintaining daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up
Maintaining tools and test equipment and ensuring they are properly calibrated
Supporting preventative maintenance, setup and operation of audio and video systems.
Responsible for service ticket and troubleshoot equipment and system faults.
Responsible for testing of various types of cables / products before,



during and after installation and rack assembly and equipment installation.
Supporting onsite operation and relief.
Support, setup and standby of live event.

Job Requirements:
Electronic, electrical, mechanical and electrical related major, have a certain electrical engineering foundation;
Valuable communication skills, strong affinity, good English ability and normal communication;
Experience in after-sales technical support is preferred;
Good communication skill, analytical ability and team work spirit.
Have a strong sense of responsibility and team spirit, rigorous professional quality and good logical analysis ability;
It can bear a certain work intensity and can meet the processing of emergencies.
