About the Opportunity

We are currently accepting applications for an Associate Product Manager (APM) position on behalf of our client. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with 1–4 years of experience who are passionate about product management, customer problem-solving, data-driven decision-making, and building digital products. The selected candidate will work closely with product managers, engineering, design, analytics, and business teams to help define, build, launch, and improve products.

Key Responsibilities

Assist Product Managers in defining product requirements, priorities, and roadmap initiatives.

Understand customer needs, pain points, and business requirements.

Conduct market, competitor, and user research to identify product opportunities.

Convert business and customer requirements into clear product requirements and user stories.

Work closely with engineering and design teams throughout the product development lifecycle.





Support sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and product delivery.

Track product metrics and analyze user behavior to identify areas for improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely product launches.

Monitor product performance and contribute to experiments and optimization initiatives.

Participate in user acceptance testing and validate product features before release.

Prepare product documentation, presentations, reports, and business insights.

Support Product Managers in identifying opportunities to improve user experience, engagement, retention, and business outcomes.

Required Skills

1–4 years of experience in Product Management, Associate Product Management, Business Analysis, Product Operations, or a related role.

Strong understanding of product development lifecycle.

Ability to understand customer problems and translate them into product requirements.
