We are a small team with big dreams, seeking a highly talented and experienced individual to join us as Senior Manager / AVP – Research & Partnerships. This is a critical role in our journey to expand our impact, build meaningful partnerships, and drive sustainable change for underserved communities.

Role Overview:
As Senior Manager / AVP – Research & Partnerships (level to be determined based on experience and other relevant factors),



you will play a key role in identifying, building, and managing strategic partnerships with organisations working closely with marginalised communities. Working closely with the VP – Research & Partnerships, you will help shape and drive collaborations that enable innovative credit programmes and scalable solutions for underserved communities.
The role will involve building solid, sustainable relationships with partners, identifying opportunities for collaboration, and translating insights from the field into impactful programmes. Your work will contribute to expanding Rang De’s reach, strengthening its ecosystem of partners, and enabling more individuals and communities to access appropriate and sustainable credit.
