Google Ads Executive – Healthcare

Location: Gurgaon
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a Google Ads Executive with strong hands-on experience in managing campaigns specifically for hospitals, doctors, clinics, healthcare brands, and other healthcare businesses.

The ideal candidate should understand healthcare lead generation, conversion tracking, CRM management, landing pages, and day-to-day client communication.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns for healthcare clients.
* Work extensively on the Google Ads dashboard, including Search, Performance Max and other relevant campaign types.
* Monitor budgets, keywords, search terms, conversions, CPL and campaign performance.
* Set up and troubleshoot conversion tracking, GCLID, enhanced conversions, UTM tracking and lead attribution.
* Coordinate landing page creation and optimization using AI tools.
* Use AI to create, improve and test landing pages based on campaign objectives.




* Manage and update CRM systems, ensuring leads and queries are properly tracked.
* Understand basic automation between landing pages, CRM and lead management systems.
* Ensure leads are properly captured, attributed and moved into the CRM.
* Communicate with clients daily through WhatsApp, sharing campaign updates, lead updates and significant queries.
* Keep clients updated regarding lead quality, campaign performance, issues and required actions.
* Respond to client queries professionally and on time.
* Coordinate with internal teams for landing pages, creatives, tracking and other campaign requirements.
* Have a basic working knowledge of Meta Ads and be able to understand/manage basic Meta campaigns when required.

Must-Have Skills

* Minimum 2 years of hands-on Google Ads experience.
* Mandatory experience working with healthcare clients.
* Strong knowledge of Google Ads and campaign optimization.
