Role Description The Field Recruiter is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities for various client accounts and internal requirements. This role involves sourcing candidates through field visits,



local networks, job boards, walk-ins, and recruitment drives, as well as screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating subsequent interview rounds. The Field Recruiter will maintain candidate pipelines, manage documentation, and support onboarding processes to ensure timely and quality hiring. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements, tracking recruitment metrics, preparing reports, and representing StarkMind professionally at job fairs and community outreach events. The role requires regular interaction with candidates and stakeholders to ensure a positive experience and alignment with client staffing needs.
