Lyfe Hardware is a US-based architectural hardware and home fixtures company. We design, manufacture, and ship premium hardware solutions to the US market, with a distributed team across the Globe

We are at a stage where the business is scaling rapidly, and so is the team. We are now hiring a TA Lead to build our hiring engine from the ground up — someone who has done this before and can do it again, better.

The Role

This is a 0-to-1 build. You will own the entire talent acquisition function — strategy, sourcing, processes, tools, vendor relationships, and hiring outcomes — across three geographies.

You will not inherit an ATS, a hiring playbook, or a recruiter team. You will design and build all of it. You will work directly with the CEO and COO, with no layers in between.

What You'll Do

Own end-to-end hiring across India, Philippines, and Global Hiring — from JD creation to offer closure




Design and execute hiring strategy: sourcing channels, evaluation frameworks, interview structures, offer benchmarks
Build the TA tech stack from scratch — ATS, sourcing tools, assessment platforms, candidate CRM
Source actively through LinkedIn, Naukri, and other global platforms — this is a hands-on role, not just a managerial one
Partner with founders and department leads to translate business needs into hiring plans
Set up structured interview processes, scorecards, and reference check protocols
Negotiate offers and own the close — including counter-offer management
Build and maintain the employer brand across LinkedIn, careers page, and outreach communication
Define and track hiring metrics — time to hire, source mix, offer acceptance, quality of hire
Hire and mentor junior TA team members as the function scales
