About the Role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to join our marketing team and help build a strong organic presence across social media platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who understands social media trends, enjoys creating content, has a good eye for what works online, and is eager to learn how brands grow through consistent and engaging organic content.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing the company's social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
Create and publish engaging organic content including posts, reels, stories, carousels and short-form videos.
Assist in developing and maintaining a social media content calendar.
Research trending topics, formats, sounds, hashtags and content ideas relevant to the brand.
Write engaging captions, hooks, CTAs and basic social media copy.
Coordinate with graphic designers,



video editors and other team members for content creation.
Monitor comments, messages and audience interactions and ensure timely responses.
Track basic social media metrics such as reach, engagement, views, followers and shares.
Assist in preparing weekly/monthly social media performance reports.
Stay updated with changing social media algorithms, trends and platform features.
Conduct competitor and industry research to identify recent organic content opportunities.
Support campaigns, launches and brand initiatives through social media content.

What We're Looking For

1+ year of experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing or a related field.
Strong understanding of Instagram and other major social media platforms.
Good written communication and creative thinking.
Ability to identify trends and convert them into relevant content ideas.
Knowledge of Canva.
