Experience : 13+yrs
Strong experience designing and developing technology solutions using a variety of platforms, programming languages, and tools.
Experience in software architecture and technical solution design.
Strong expertise in technology architecture with the ability to deep dive into complex technical problems and drive effective solutions.
Strong understanding of business and industry contexts, with the ability to leverage emerging technologies to create innovative solutions.
Experience owning the delivery of complex technology solutions for global clients.
Proven ability to influence senior client stakeholders on technology, architecture, and operations strategy.
Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a simple and structured manner.
Experience working across globally distributed teams and managing multiple technology tracks simultaneously.
Ability to lead by example and contribute hands-on coding for complex functionalities when required.
Strong understanding of contemporary technology platforms, software development practices, architecture patterns, and emerging technologies.
Experience conceptualizing and implementing scalable, customer-focused technology solutions.
Ability to balance technology choices with customer needs, business objectives, and delivery considerations.
