Analyst - Mobility – NSE Finance & Business Operations supporting Member firms

Position Overview

The Fleet & Mobility Analyst will act as the first point of contact for handling requests (tickets) related to fleet and mobility services. This role requires a proactive and reactive approach to support end users effectively, ensuring timely resolution of questions and issues.

Work you’ll do

The key job responsibilities include the following:

Thoroughly investigate fleet and mobility-related issues, identifying underlying root causes
Communicate clearly, courteously, and professionally with end users, team members, and stakeholders, both in writing and verbally.
Anticipate potential challenges or risks impacting fleet and mobility operations, taking initiative to address them before escalation.
Respond swiftly and efficiently to incoming service requests, emails, and prioritize urgent issues to uphold agreed service level agreements (SLAs).




Identify patterns and trends in recurring service requests to inform improvements in knowledge resources and processes.

Qualifications

Required :

Any bachelor’s degree
1 - 3 years of experience in Call Center experience or in front desk support
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact courteously and clearly

Work Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM & 2 Pm to 11 PM
