The Wellness Shop is a fast-growing D2C Beauty & Wellness brand focused on creating innovative skincare, haircare, wellness, and personal care products. We are looking for a creative and passionate Videographer & Video Editor to produce high-quality visual content that drives brand awareness, engagement, and performance marketing results.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for social media, performance marketing, product launches, branding campaigns, and website content.
Create engaging video creatives for Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, YouTube, Amazon, and other digital platforms.
Shoot product videos, lifestyle content, customer testimonials, behind-the-scenes content, and founder-led videos.
Handle end-to-end video production including camera setup, lighting, audio recording, editing, color correction, and motion graphics.
Edit short-form content such as Instagram Reels,



YouTube Shorts, and ad creatives.
Collaborate with the marketing, creative, and content teams to develop campaign-focused video assets.
Ensure brand consistency across all video content.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality content within timelines.
Stay updated with the latest video trends, editing techniques, and social media content formats.

Requirements
3–5 years of experience in videography and video editing.
Robust portfolio showcasing product shoots, ad creatives, social media videos, and brand campaigns.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software.
Strong understanding of cinematography, lighting, framing, storytelling, and audio recording.
Experience creating content for D2C, Beauty, Skincare, Wellness, Fashion, or Consumer Brands is preferred.
Ability to independently manage end-to-end v
