Oyster Sailing is looking for a proactive and people-oriented Client Servicing & Alliances Executive to join our team.
You will manage client enquiries and follow-ups, support bookings and service coordination, and build partnerships with corporates, hotels, travel companies, event planners, influencers, and lifestyle brands. The role will also involve developing creative yacht events, collaborations, and recent business opportunities.

What you’ll work on:

Managing client enquiries, quotations, bookings, and follow-ups.
Coordinating with clients, yacht crews, vendors, and internal teams.
Building relationships with corporate and industry partners.
Creating partnership ideas, events, and brand collaborations.
Supporting sales, business development, and client retention.
Maintaining accurate records in the CRM.

What we’re looking for:

At least 2 years of experience in client servicing, sales, business development,



partnerships, hospitality, tourism, or events. Strong communication, organization, negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-building skills are essential. Experience with CRM platforms travel, luxury, or events industry will be an advantage.
