? WE’RE HIRING | AREA SALES MANAGER – SOLAR EPC
Solveig Solar Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its sales team and looking for Area Sales Managers to drive business growth across key markets.

? Locations:
Delhi | Haryana | Uttar Pradesh | Ahmedabad | Surat | Ankleshwar

? Key Responsibilities
• Drive sales and revenue growth for Solar EPC projects in the assigned territory
• Develop and manage a solid pipeline of Residential & C&I; solar projects
• Generate business through direct sales, channel partners, referrals and market development
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants,



channel partners and key stakeholders
• Conduct site/customer meetings and understand project requirements
• Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals in coordination with the internal team
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
• Track market trends, competitor activities and identify new business opportunities
• Coordinate with Engineering, Project & Operations teams for smooth project execution and customer handover
• Maintain accurate sales reports, CRM updates and sales forecasts
? What We’re Looking For
✔️ 3–7 years of experience in Solar / Renewable Energy Sales
✔️ Strong experience in Solar EPC sales / project sales
✔️ Experience in Residential and/or C&I; solar will be preferred
✔️ Proven track record of achieving sales targets
✔️ Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills
✔️ Ability to independently develop the market and gen
