As a Software Engineer III at JPMorgan Chase within the AI/ML & DATA PLATFORMS
team, you will design and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions that support our
business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to

Job responsibilities

* Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules
* Develop scalable solutions using ServiceNow best practices and platform
capabilities
* Write and maintain code using JavaScript and the Glide library
* Create and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions,
Script Includes, ACLs, Scheduled Jobs, Flow Designer,



Integration Hub, and
Workflows
* Build custom applications using App Engine Studio and ServiceNow Studio
* Develop Scripted REST APIs, REST integrations, MID Server integrations, and
third-party system interfaces
* Implement and customize ITSM, HRSD, CSM, CMDB, and Service Portal/Employee
Center solutions
* Develop Catalog Items, Record Producers, Order Guides, and complex catalog
workflows
* Leverages enterprise-authorized AI coding assist tools within the work
environment to improve code quality, delivery speed, and productivity across
complex deliverables (e.g., code generation/refactoring, unit test creation,
documentation), while validating outputs through peer review, automated
testing, and secure coding standards; contributes learnings and reusable
