Role Description The Director Advertising Operations role at Adwize.io is a full-time, in office position based in Gurugram. The Director will lead and optimize all advertising operations, overseeing campaign setup, trafficking, delivery, and performance across web and mobile channels. This role includes managing a team, developing operational processes, and collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure campaigns are executed accurately and efficiently.



The Director will analyze campaign data, troubleshoot delivery issues, and implement best practices to improve yield, inventory utilization, and client satisfaction. The position also involves contributing to strategy, supporting new product initiatives, and maintaining strong relationships with advertisers, agencies, and publishers.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Advertising Operations, including campaign trafficking, optimization, and workflow management.
Experience in Advertising and Marketing, with a track record of supporting brand and performance-focused campaigns.
Background in Sales or revenue-focused roles, with the ability to partner effectively with commercial teams.
Knowledge of Mobile Advertising ecosystems, including ad networks, SSPs, DSPs, and in-app monetization.
Proficiency with ad servers, programmatic platforms, analytics tools, and reporting dashboards.
