Role Description — Accelerator Leader, 1to10 Accelerator

As the Accelerator Leader for 1to10, you will own the accelerator vertical end-to-end, bringing an investor’s lens to how founders are selected, positioned, and prepared for institutional capital.

You will lead cohort strategy and execution, startup selection and due diligence, founder success, investor relations, capital strategy, governance, and portfolio readiness. The role involves working closely with founders, VCs, angel investors, family offices, syndicates, corporates, and ecosystem partners to build a robust pipeline of fundable startups and prepare them for larger institutional rounds.





The role also includes leading the integration of the Kal Ke Krorepati program, ensuring founders are pitch-ready and investment-ready for the national television platform.

Key Responsibilities

* Own the strategic roadmap and end-to-end execution of the 1to10 Accelerator across cohorts.
* Lead startup evaluation, due diligence, selection, onboarding, and portfolio readiness.
* Support founders with fundraising strategy, MIS, reporting, governance, growth metrics, and institutional readiness.
* Build and strengthen relationships with VCs, angel networks, family offices, syndicates, corporates, and ecosystem partners.
* Drive investor participation across Demo Days, Kal Ke Krorepati, and portfolio fundraising cycles.
* Lead founder preparation, pitch development, rehearsals, and investment readiness for Kal Ke Krorepati.
* Establish SOPs, MIS dashboards, reporting structures, and execution frameworks for the accelerator.
