Key Responsibilities

Content Planning
Plan monthly content calendars aligned to product launches, wedding season timelines, and campaign moments.

Conceptualisation and Execution
Conceptualise and pitch original ideas for Reels, carousels, product shots, and behind-the-scenes content and then execute them yourself.
Shoot product and lifestyle content independently, including texture close-ups, styled setups, and model or hand-model shoots when needed

Editing
Edit short-form video for Instagram Reels with cuts, transitions, music sync, text overlays, and colour grading.
Edit static and carousel content for feed crop safety for Meta formats, basic retouching, and layout.




Write captions and hooks that feel warm, aspirational, and distinctly “Around Always”.

Acing the Game
Track content performance - saves, shares, reach and use the data to improve what you make next.
Stay ahead of trending audio and formats, adapting them to the brand’s aesthetic before they peak.

What we are looking for:
A portfolio of Reels or short-form videos where you personally planned, shot, and edited the content.
A robust visual eye you notice texture, proportion, and light, especially in product or craft-led contexts.
Solid video editing skills on software like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or equivalent.
Comfort with static and graphic editing on Lightroom, Canva, or Photoshop.
A real understanding of what drives organic reach on Instagram: Saves, shares, audio trends, and hook strength.
Ability to work independently in a small, founder-led team without needing a separate photographer or creative dir
