Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven and creative Email Marketing Specialist and execute email marketing campaigns aimed at generating qualified leads and building brand awareness across international markets. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and campaign analytics, preferably within the financial consulting or professional services industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and optimise email marketing campaigns targeting international prospects.
- Create compelling email content, newsletters, promotional campaigns, and lead nurturing sequences.
- Build and maintain segmented email databases while ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Generate qualified leads through targeted email outreach and drip campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, CTAs, and email designs to improve performance.




- Work closely with the sales and business development teams to support lead generation initiatives.
- Coordinate with content, design, and digital marketing teams to create engaging email creatives.
- Ensure compliance with international email marketing regulations, including GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other applicable privacy laws.
- Analyse market trends and customer behaviour to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare regular campaign performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in email marketing, preferably in a B2B setting.
- Experience working with international markets is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with financial consulting, financial services, or professional services is an advantage.
