Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Stores Executive role based in the Greater Vadodara Area.



The Stores Executive will manage day-to-day store operations, including receipt, inspection, storage, and issuance of materials, tools, and equipment. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate inventory records, updating stock levels, and coordinating with procurement and project teams to ensure timely availability of items for machining, fabrication, and on-site service activities. The role involves organizing the store layout, implementing proper labeling and binning, monitoring material movements, and conducting regular stock audits to minimize discrepancies and stock-outs. The Stores Executive will also handle documentation, support compliance with safety and quality standards, and assist in continuous improvement of store processes.
Qualifications
Experience in store or warehouse management, including material receipt, storage, issuance, and inventory control.
