About the Role
IAT Technologies is looking for a passionate and industry-focused Data Science Trainer to deliver high-quality, job-oriented training and mentor learners toward real-world technical competence and career readiness.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging, practical training in Python, SQL, Statistics, Data Analytics, and Machine Learning.
Design and deliver hands-on projects, case studies, assignments, and assessments.
Develop and continuously improve industry-relevant course content and curriculum.
Mentor students on projects, career paths, interviews, and job readiness.
Track student progress, identify learning gaps, and provide constructive feedback.
Drive strong student outcomes, course completion, project quality, and learner satisfaction.
Stay current with emerging Data Science tools, technologies, and industry practices.
Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science,



or a related field.
Strong hands-on expertise in Python, SQL, Pandas, NumPy, and Machine Learning.
Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.
Prior teaching/training experience preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
Robust ability to simplify complex technical concepts and create practical learning experiences.
Good to Have
Certifications in Data Science / Machine Learning.
Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Prior EdTech, corporate training, or industry experience.
