Role Description This is a full time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Kochi. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue current business opportunities, manage the sales pipeline, and support revenue growth for Next Automate. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching target markets, generating and qualifying leads, conducting meetings and presentations, and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.



The role involves coordinating with internal teams to develop proposals, negotiate terms, and ensure smooth onboarding of new accounts. The Business Development Executive will also track performance metrics, provide regular reports, and contribute ideas to improve sales processes and customer engagement.
Qualifications
Ability to drive New Business Development and Lead Generation activities, including prospecting and qualifying opportunities.
Strong understanding of Business principles and market dynamics, with the capacity to identify growth opportunities.
Excellent Communication skills for client interactions, presentations, and internal collaboration.
Experience in Account Management, including nurturing client relationships and supporting retention and upselling.
Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in technology or automation solutions.
