Role Overview
Kapdee Tech Group is looking for a agile and result-oriented Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive business growth across the renewable energy and technology sectors.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, a business-oriented mindset, and the ability to manage the complete business development cycle—from identifying opportunities to closing deals and maintaining long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across renewable energy and technology markets.
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
Develop and maintain solid relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
Generate leads and manage the sales/business development pipeline.
Prepare business proposals, quotations,



commercial offers, and presentations.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal technical teams to develop suitable solutions.
Manage the end-to-end business development and deal process.
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute business growth strategies.
Track sales targets, opportunities, client interactions, and business development activities.
Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities when required.
Travel for client meetings and business development activities as needed.
Required Qualifications & Skills
2+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or a related role.
Experience in renewable energy, solar, manufacturing, engineering, or technology sectors will be preferred.
