Role Description
FITPASS is looking for a creative and highly motivated Video Editor who understands that great editing drives attention, engagement, and impact—especially across social media platforms.
The ideal candidate should have experience creating high-performing short-form and long-form content, with a strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, audience retention, and platform-specific editing styles. If you're passionate about content creation,

Key Responsibilities

Content Editing & Production
Edit engaging content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, YouTube videos, and digital advertisements.
Create platform-specific edits optimized for audience engagement and performance.
Transform raw footage into compelling visual stories that align with brand objectives.
Ensure high-quality output while managing multiple projects and tight deadlines.

Collaboration & Creative Execution
Work closely with content creators, producers, marketing teams, and stakeholders to bring creative concepts to life.
Contribute ideas for content improvements, storytelling approaches, and trend-based edits.
Maintain consistency in visual style, brand messaging, and content quality.

Social-First Content Creation
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, editing techniques
