Role Summary
We're hiring an Assistant Manager – Performance Marketing to own paid user-acquisition performance across our app portfolio. You'll manage day-to-day campaign execution across Meta and Google UAC, drive CAC/ROAS efficiency, and work closely with creative and data teams to scale what's working and kill what isn't —helping fuel the next phase of EloElo Group's growth.

What You'll Do
Plan, execute, and optimise UA campaigns across Meta Ads, Google UAC, and Apple Search Ads for assigned apps and language markets
Own and report on core metrics: CAC, TCAC,



MCAC, F2P%, T2M%, and ROAS
Conduct root-cause analysis on CAC/performance fluctuations and translate findings into optimisation actions
Manage budget allocation and pacing across Meta ad accounts and Google UAC campaigns
Partner with the creative team to brief, test, and iterate on ad creative (video, static, playables) based on performance data
Use AppsFlyer (or equivalent MMP) for attribution tracking, event validation, and troubleshooting attribution gaps
Leverage in-house automation and dashboards (Google Sheets/Apps Script, internal reporting tools) for campaign monitoring and reporting; flag gaps or improvement opportunities
Run structured creative and audience experiments (A/B tests) and document learnings
Collaborate cross-functionally with analytics, product, and creative stakeholders to align UA strategy with business goals
