Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Closing Manager at Millennium Real Estate Developers Pvt. Ltd. The Closing Manager will be responsible for managing the closing process of real estate transactions, coordinating funding and loans, and overseeing mortgage lending activities in Pune.

Closings and Funding skills
Sales and Mortgage Lending skills
Experience in managing real estate transactions
Strong understanding of funding and loan processes
Excellent negotiation and closing skills
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment
Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
