We are hiring a Performance Marketing and Lead Generation Specialist for Real Estate at TAD Global.
This is not a generalist digital marketing role.
If your experience is mostly brand awareness, content calendars or social media management, this is not the right fit.
We need someone who lives inside Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, who can tell CPL from CPA without pausing and who has actually generated qualified real estate leads not just clicks.
What you will own:
Paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn for lead generation, remarketing, and conversions
Full funnel ownership from ad to landing page to CRM handoff
Weekly optimization based on CPL, CPA, ROAS, and lead quality, not vanity metrics
Audience strategy including lookalikes, custom audiences, and NRI targeting for international buyers




Direct coordination with creative and web teams to fix what is killing conversion rate
What you bring:
3 to 5 years running paid lead generation campaigns, ideally in real estate
A real track record of managing monthly ad budgets and improving ROI, not just spending
Working knowledge of GA4, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and UTM tracking
Experience with a CRM such as Lead Squared, HubSpot, Salesforce or Zoho
Comfort managing multiple client accounts against hard lead targets
Location: Hyderabad, work from office.
