About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support the HR Business Partner (HRBP) team in managing day-to-day HR operations and people initiatives. This role provides hands-on exposure to core HR processes, stakeholder management, and employee lifecycle activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Support onboarding, probation, and confirmation
Assist with HR data tracking, reporting, and maintenance of HR
Coordinate recent joiner sessions, employee connect initiatives, and HR
Support performance management and appraisal cycles,



including data collation and follow-
Assist with employee communications, documentation, and adherence to HR
Support execution of employee engagement
Coordinate with internal stakeholders including managers, employees, and HR
Preferred Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal
High attention to detail with a sense of
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced
Basic understanding of HR processes and
Proficiency in MS Excel / Google
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and independently follow
