Role Description The Managed Service Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Greater Noida, focused on delivering reliable technical services and support for client systems and infrastructure. Responsibilities include performing day-to-day monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident resolution,



as well as handling maintenance and repair activities to ensure high availability and performance of managed services. The role involves providing field service and technical support at client locations, configuring and updating equipment, and documenting work performed. The Managed Service Engineer will collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders, communicate clearly about issues and resolutions, and contribute to process improvements and service quality enhancements.
Qualifications
Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Experience with field service activities, including in office visits, system checks, and client-facing support.
Proficiency in maintenance and repair of IT equipment, peripherals, and related infrastructure.
