The Role

We’re looking for an Admissions Expert – UG who has experience guiding IB/IGCSE students through international undergraduate admissions and wants to take that experience into a quick-paced, technology-led environment.
This could be a great fit for College/University Counsellors, Career Counsellors, or University Guidance professionals from IB schools in and around Bangalore who enjoy working closely with students and families and want to make a larger impact.

What you'll do

Guide students and parents through the undergraduate study-abroad journey, from university exploration and shortlisting to applications and decision-making.




Understand a student's academic profile, interests, goals, and aspirations to recommend the right university and course options.
Work closely with students applying to universities across the US, UK, Canada, Europe, and other global destinations.
Conduct meaningful conversations with students and parents, building trust and helping them make informed decisions.
Use Ambitio's AI-powered platform and data to make the counselling and university-selection process more efficient and personalized.
Maintain strong follow-ups and ownership throughout the student journey.
Contribute insights from your counselling experience to continuously improve our student experience and processes.

Who are we looking for?

We'd love to hear from you if you:
Have 2–5 years of experience in UG international admissions / study abroad counselling.
Have worked with IB/IGCSE students, particularly Grades 11–12.
Have experience as a College Counsellor, Un
